Summary of Services

PositivityWork Consulting offers a comprehensive array of services. Susan’s packages (options and packages are customized) include:

Option A — Mastery with Culture Dashboard Assessment. We provide an online assessment which measures employees’ day-to-day work-life experience and relates it to key elements in your company culture, so you can see how employee life is impacted. You receive a customized report of high-risk areas and strengths, hot-spot areas for quick intervention, and suggestions for upgrading organizational policy and structure. The online assessment can serve any number of people — teams, departments, or the entire organization.

Option B — Mastery Level One: Initiate Innovation. A three-month package that uses the assessment as a Culture Dashboard, creates a strategic action plan, starts a pilot implementation team, and looks for results.

Option C — Mastery Level Two: In-Depth Work. Customized services with comprehensive training to implement a healthy, positive culture through the integration of policies, programs and practices that support the values, mission, and needs of the workforce. Includes Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership Skills, and specific supervisory/management skills training with assessment and individualized coaching.

Option D — Additional Packages: Leadership and Employee Development. Mastering Emotional Intelligence with assessment, coaching, and team development; Transformational Leadership Skills for managers and supervisors; Respect and Ally Training to recognize and respond to mistreatment; and the Abrasive Manager Coaching Program with EQ assessments and coaching.
