Restoring the Workplace Following Investigation Services:



When a grievance, workers comp claim, or lawsuit threat has triggered an internal investigation, staff can facilitate re-integrating the complainant into the workplace and repairing the dynamics of a team once the investigation is complete.



This program contains four key components:

  • One-on-one Coaching sessions for one or both parties to ensure they are educated on their rights and responsibilities, and to developing personal strategies for moving forward successfully.
  • Facilitated Meetings where all parties can speak directly to each other about their experiences and collaborate to improve their future working relationship.
  • Review of the Organization's Policies, procedures and work rules to determine whether behavior is influenced by systemic factors within the workplace. This process involves a review of company documents that outline how employees work together, along with employee interviews to assess whether practices actually reflect policies, and to identify inconsistencies that may have a counterproductive impact on employee relationships.
  • Implement Changes if needed that address systemic concerns such as improving internal communications, increasing transparency in decision-making, role clarification, and policy development processes.
