Include:

Option A- Mastery with Culture Dashboard Assessment.
We provide an online assessment which measures employee day-to-day worklife experience. We relate their experience to key elements in your company culture so you can see how employee life is impacted by your culture.
You receive a customized report of high-risk areas and strengths, hot spot areas for quick intervention, and suggestions for upgrading organizational policy and structure if needed. Online assessment can serve any number of people including teams, departments, or the entire organization.

Option B - Mastery Level One Initiate innovation
Three Month Package – Use the assessment as a Culture Dashboard Assessment and create a strategic action plan, start a pilot implementation team, and look for results.

Option C -Mastery Level Two Provide Indepth work
Customized Services with comprehensive training to implement a healthy and positive culture through the integration of policies, programs and practices that support the values, mission, and needs of the workforce.
Includes Emotional Intelligence- Transformational Leadership Skills- Specific Supervisory/Management Skills training with assessment and individualized coaching.
